Refund Policy

We want you to love your new Denim jackets and Hooded Sweatshirt Jacket. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

For European Union customers, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return your order for any reason.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and undamaged.

Be in its original packaging with tags (if any).

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized planters (special colors, engraved, or made-to-order).

Planter sets are missing parts.

Items showing signs of soil, water, or use.

Sale items and gift cards.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your pot arrives broken, chipped, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@modistly.com. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Wait for confirmation we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat $6.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns.

This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style?
The fastest way is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and card providers may take a few extra days to process.
