Shipping policy

Modistly we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Standard U.S. Delivery

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.  ((Mountain Standard Time (Boise)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays.

2. Expedited & Priority Delivery (If Available)

Where available, expedited shipping options may be selected at checkout.
Orders must be placed before the stated cutoff time to qualify for faster dispatch.
Delivery speed depends on the shipping carrier and destination location.
Availability of expedited shipping may vary by ZIP code.

3. Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification and approval.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud or incorrect information.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by our shipping partner.
Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Restrictions

For security and carrier limitations, we may be unable to deliver to:
P.O. Boxes (unless supported by the selected carrier)
Military APO/FPO addresses (unless specified)
Hotels or temporary accommodation addresses
Parcel forwarding services
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered safely.

6. Taxes & Duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable U.S. state regulations.
All taxes are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

For international shipments (if applicable):

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs regulations vary by country, and additional charges may apply upon delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Full payment must be made to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
Orders placed using COD may be subject to verification via phone or email before dispatch.
Incomplete or incorrect contact information may result in order cancellation.
We reserve the right to decline repeated COD orders that are refused upon delivery.

8. Insurance & Risk of Loss

All orders are insured against loss or damage while in transit.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of shipment so we can initiate an investigation.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Safe Place & Delivery Instructions

If you authorize the carrier to leave your package in a designated “safe place,” responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery has been completed according to those instructions.
We are not liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery to a requested location.

11. In-Store Pickup (If Offered)

If in-store collection is available:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders must typically be collected within 7–10 days.
A valid photo ID and order confirmation email are required at pickup.
Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

12. Packaging & Gift Orders

Orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Gift messages may be added at checkout.
Price information will not be included in gift orders.
Refunds for gifts are issued only to the original purchaser.
